An athlete’s nutritional status makes a critical difference in reaching peak performance. MVP’s nutritional program teaches you how to use nutrition to your competitive advantage. The
program is designed to promote balanced nutrition and optimal performance. Whether your goal is to gain or lose weight, increase endurance or simply ensure that your diet is a healthy one, we work
with you to develop a personalized diet plan that is right for you. Consistency is essential, as long-term athletic success depends on meeting day-to-day nutritional needs.
Your MVP nutrition program begins by working with our sports nutrition experts who are registered dietitians. Once you complete our on-line nutrition history and food survey, we will set up
a phone conference to further discuss your food preferences, lifestyle and goals. The dietitian will then provide a nutrition evaluation and personal eating plan. We help you determine what balance
of nutrients are needed to help your body perform at its best. Over the next month, you will have three 20-minute follow-up phone conferences to monitor your progress and to support you in your
program.
